The current boss scenario is the Red Ribbon Army (RRA). Although they are individually weak, they are strong in numbers and have taken control over most of the planets. All the generals have been resurrected by some unknown force for the purpose of universal domination.

They have taken control over all the Capsule Corporations on all the planets which they infected with their presence and must be stopped before they become a bigger threat. All the Generals are currently busy increasing the size of the army by training new Troops every single week and increasing the PL of all their normal troops, so it is very wise to stop them ASAP. There is no limit to the amount of Henchmen they can have.

For unknown reasons, conditions have arrisen in their revival. Sadly, they cannot leave their planet, or learn new moves. Although they have been revived from death, it is said that once they die again, they cannot rise.

Currently, it is believed that the Commander, Red Sousui, and his Assistant, Black Sanbou, have grown tremendous powers. The Generals of the army, Blue, White, and Copper, are next in the line of power, or so it is believed. However, since the army's ressurection, Copper General has yet to be spotted. After them are the two Captains, Yellow and Violet. Each possess immense strength, but can't compete with the upper ranks. Once again, this is speculation only, for currently Violet Captain has also yet to be seen or analyzed.

Currently, the Power Levels of Sergeant Purple, Violet Captain, Copper General, and Tao Pie Pie have yet to be measured and their locations are uncomfirmed. It is believed that they have been sent to Hell to bring back the demon known as Hildegarn to destroy planets. It has been confirmed that this task has been finished. The locations of Dr. Gero and his 5 Androids are also currently unknown, as are their Power Levels. They cannot be detected, so they must be searched for.

In DBZ Movie #13, the story is told that he devastated the home planet of that movie's heroes, Tapion and Minosha, nearly exterminating their race. Since Tapion's people lacked the power to destory Hildegarn, they used a magical song, played by Tapion on his ocarina, to temporarily control Hildegarn and split him into two etheric halves. When this was done, they sealed Hildegarn's top half into Tapion and his lower half into Tapion's brother Minosha. In Movie 13, the box which contains all of this is opened on Earth, thus releasing Tapion and allowing for Hildegarn's great escape. He has several abilities, including the power to release long tenticles from the inside of his tail that suck PL dry.

Although it is currently unknown what he looks like, it has been confimred that he cannot manipulate his Ki Level, and thus can easily be identified if you are in the same location as he is.

She is able to find and retrieve a dragonball from Commander Red, and then is never seen again. Ironically, she makes a comment on how well the DragonBall Radar Blue General had worked, and that it really helped her. Her current location is unknown, as is her Power Level, but she is believed to be in the same location as Copper General and Purple Sergeant.

He fought Goku on the 4th floor and his moves were not only terrible, but also no match for Goku. He doesn't seem very mean, but tries to kill Goku and Hatchan, which forces Goku to dispose of him. Purple Sergeant has yet to be seen, but is reported to be with Violet Captain and Copper General somewhere in Hell.

He will flee a battle if he feels it is out of his favor. After being defeated by Goku, he disappears for a bit, and returns to fight in the 23rd Budoukai. Tao Pie Pie invests in mechanical limbs, hoping they will give him the edge in a fight. After his defeat (again) at the hands of Tenshinhan, he goes into hiding for several more years. Tao Pie Pie makes his return in the Cell saga as a henchman for a rich coward who is forcing a village to build a protective dome. When Gohan confronts him, Tao Pie Pie realizes who he's dealing with and runs off.

Dr. Gero's current location and action's are unknown, as are his current PL. Although his PL is undetectable, he will very easily stand out in a croud, and can be detected if in the same area as somebody else.
