The boss is an evil character(s) who almost always has a Power Level higher that that of everyone else. However, he's usually lazy and wastes a lot of time talking in battle. The current boss scenario includes a myriad of unique personalities unified under a single banner.

These terrible beings have come together to fulfill their greatest dream: world conquest. Or simply to cause as much mayhem as possible, at the very least. Either way, this is certainly the single greatest threat the universe has ever been met with. God help those caught in their path.

Info: Skeletor was formerly a warlord known as Keldor who trained under the evil tyrant Hordak. During a battle that went sour, a majority of the skin tissue on his face was burned by acid. In an effort to regain his humanity, Keldor made a pact with Hordak, agreeing to do whatever it took to save his life. Hordak transformed him, stripping the damaged tissues from his skull and dubbing him Skeletor. Upon viewing his new form, Keldor's sanity was shattered and Skeletor was truely born. Skeletor possesses an array of mystical powers and is usually armed with a magical weapon called the Havoc Staff, a long pole crowned with a small replica of a ram's skull and a crystal ball embedded within. He is also a gifted swordsman, able to wield two swords with astounding proficiency.

Name: Mumm-Ra
Abilities: Buku Jyutsu, Henge, Kikou Ha
PL: 450,000
Max PL: 900,000 (Ever-Living)
Credits: 0
Items: None
Race: Mummified Human
Forms: None
Location: Planet Earth
Alignment: Evil
Current Status: ? (?)

Info: The chief villain and antagonist against the ThunderCats, Mumm-Ra is the self-proclaimed "ever-living source of evil" on Third Earth, having powers of sorcery and an apparently unlimited lifespan. He is, in fact, a bound servant to the Ancient Spirits of Evil, who provide him with increased power and virtual immortality to further his pursuit of spreading their dark influence throughout Third Earth. While in his "Ever-Living" form, Mumm-Ra possesses superhuman strength, the ability to fly, as well as fortification of his mystical might — casting spells, throwing energy bolts, etc. — to battle his foes. He can also alter his physical form into a variety of alter-egos to deceive his enemies.

Name: Megatron, Leader of the Decepticons
Abilities:
PL: 400,000
Max PL: 400,000
Credits: 0
Items: None
Race: Cybertronian
Forms: None
Location: Planet Earth
Alignment: Evil
Current Status: ? (?)

Info: Megatron is a Transformer robot, giving him the ability to modify his body's structure into other objects, the original "alternate mode" being a custom Walther P38. Very powerful and utterly ruthless, his imposing robot form is dominated by his primary weapon - an arm-mounted fusion cannon capable of leveling a city block in one blast. He can also sub-dimensionally link the weapon to a black hole, generating even more powerful antimatter blasts (capable of destroying a small planetary body). However, this ability is almost never used, as it leaves him extremely weak and vulnerable. Megatron transforms into a Walther P38 U.N.C.L.E. Special, delivering more focused energy blasts. He can shrink and reduce his mass as he transforms, assuming sizes that comfortably allow either another Transformer or even a human being to wield him.

Krang, Warlord of Dimension X
Abilities:
PL: 500,000
Max PL: 500,000
Zeni: 0
Items: Android Battle Suit (e)
Forms: None
Location: Planet Yardart
Alignment: Evil
Current Status: ? (?)
Spars: 0/0/0
Battles: 0/0/0

Info: Krang is an extremely intelligent warlord from Dimension X. He somehow took command of an army of Rock Soldiers under the leadership of General Traag and stole the Technodrome, a powerful battle fortress, from its creator Drakus. Something then happened that caused Krang to be stripped of his body and confined to a brain-like form and to be exiled from Dimension X to Earth, along with his army and the Technodrome. Krang's ultimate goal is to take over the Earth. Every plan Krang conceives is either aimed at that goal, or towards the short-term objective of powering-up the Technodrome. He does not share Shredder's obsession with the Turtles; while Shredder sees them as mortal enemies, Krang seems to regard them more like annoyances to be destroyed when they interfere in his plans.

Max PL: 400,000

Items: ?
Race: Alien
Forms: None

Info: Krulos is the leader of the evil race of Rulons from the TV cartoon Dino-riders. He is a frog-like alien, who always lives in an exo-suit filled with water (if his body does not stay in contact with water, he will die). Whilst in battle, he rides a triceratops or he commands the Rulons from the top of the tyrannosaurus rex. His ultimate goal is to capture the S.T.E.P., enslave the Valorians and return to the present.

Name: Leroy, the Junkyard Dog

Max PL: 300,000
Credits: ?
Items: None
Race: Anthromorph
Forms: None
Location: Planet Yardart
Alignment: Evil
Current Status: ? (?)

Info: Leroy was a dog who lived in the junkyard with the Catillac Cats. Did they get along? Hell no. And just like Spike, Leroy was seldom able to outsmart our purrfect protagonists. I'm sorry, that was awful. I guess you shouldn't always attempt alliteration; sometimes the price is journalistic integrity. Leroy gets some major props for wearing a faux pirate hat, mainly because was the only thing that discerned him from other, more generic dogs that Riff Raff squared off against.

Info: NegaDuck is a fictional character created for the Disney animated series Darkwing Duck. He is the doppelgänger or "evil twin" version of the show's title character, and hates anything nice. He often carries a chainsaw or various other weapons of destruction around. His fighting skills and intellect are on par with his counterpart, making him one of Darkwing Duck's most dangerous enemies. NegaDuck comes from a parallel universe called "the Negaverse" where everyone is the opposite of who they are in the universe where the series is usually set. It is also stated in the episode that NegaDuck rules the negative St. Canard, if not the entire planet Earth of the Negaverse, completely and totally. One source of rage for NegaDuck is the fact is that on a Public Enemies' list he is #2—after Dr. Slug. Naturally, NegaDuck wants to be Public Enemy #1.

Name: Dr. Claw
Abilities: ?
PL: ?
Max PL: ?

Items: ?
Race: Human
Forms: None
Location: Planet Namek
Alignment: Evil
Current Status: ? (?)

Info: Dr. Claw is a partially-seen character who is the main villain in the animated television series Inspector Gadget. He runs a criminal syndicate called M.A.D., whose mascot is an evil cat named MAD Cat. His hideout is usually in an old castle in Transylvania with a thunderstorm brewing outside. Dr. Claw's plans would be foiled in every episode, forcing him to flee in his versatile black and red vehicle called the Clawmobile - also known as the MADmobile (which could fire missiles and change into a car, jet or submarine). While escaping he would yell his catch phrase: "I'll get you next time, Gadget!... Next time!" or some variation, which was followed by MAD Cat's signature yowl and hiss.

Max PL: ?

Info: Ganon was the main villain of 1989's Legend of Zelda cartoon, which was shown as part of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show in syndication that year. In the cartoon, Ganon was a green-skinned anthropomorphic pig and a wizard. He was in possession of the Triforce of Power, and, despite seemingly endless abilities and magical powers that emanated from finger tips, he bungled away each and every chance he had to nab the Triforce of Wisdom. He spent most of his time living in his subterranean lair, referred to as his "castle", which was located in the Underworld.

King Zarkon

Max PL: ?
Zeni: ?
Items: ?
Forms: None
Location: Planet Vegita
Alignment: Evil
Current Status: ? (?)
Spars: 0/0/0
Battles: 0/0/0

Info: King Zarkon of the Planet Doom is one of the rulers of the Drule Empire, though by no means the absolute ruler. He is constantly using others as scapegoats for his own failures; more often than not, his son Lotor when his own plans fail. In the Japanese version, however, he is the evil ruler of his own Empire, absolutist without anybody controlling him. This differs from the American version, where he is a king with a Senate advisory body, with none daring to oppose him; very similar to Voltes V 's Emperor Zanbazir in his treatment of slaves (ex. whipping, starving, killing them on the spot, which are typical in super-robot shows).

Max PL: ?

Race: Human

Info: Throughout history there have been men of evil, who had black souls, twisted corrupt minds, and a cold unrelenting hunger for power. This century, several men of this evil nature have used their twisted, racist, rule-by-fear doctrines to bring thousands of followers flocking to their cause. One such man was Adolf Hitler, the power behind the Third Reich, and villainous genocidal maniac that began World War II. At his height he was the most dangerous and evil man on Earth. Today, there is another. He is known across the universe, his symbol and name stands for evil: Cobra Commander, founder and supreme leader of Cobra.

Name: Fat Cat
Abilities: ?
PL: ?
Max PL: ?
Credits: ?
Items: ?
Race: Anthromorph
Forms: None
Location: Planet Namek
Alignment: Evil
Current Status: ? (?)

Info: Fat Cat is one of the Rescue Rangers' most frequent antagonists; as the Rangers are rodents and he is a cat, they are natural enemies as well. Fat Cat hates dogs and has even schemed to rid the city of every last canine. He wears a purple business suit and has a taste for expensive things. Although he belonged to the criminal Aldrin Chlordane in the pilot episode, he is shown as a more independent animal in the rest of the series. He is a ruthless criminal mastermind, and his plans, though sometimes bizarre, are nevertheless dangerous.
