Bio: Back when Goku had obliterated the Red Ribbon Army, a solitary scientist named Dr. Gero worked hard to create warriors capable of defeating this powerful boy. He toils for decades, but his work finally comes to fruition three years after the defeat of Furiza. Fearing death, he has his mind implanted in one of his androids shells, and becomes #20. Dr. Gero is responsible for the creation of Cell and all the other androids bearing the Red Ribbon logo and, like his servant #19, he can absorb energy from attacks and physical contact.
