Bio: Yamcha's pet and close friend, Puaru aids him in robbing people that cross their desert. Unlike Oolong, who can only shape-shift for 5 minutes, Puaru can change for as long as he wants (He graduated shape-shifting school). Like Oolong however, his power does not increase when he has changed into another form. Even with the ability to fly (another skill Oolong lacks), Puaru is normally just on the sidelines when a fight breaks out.
